THE DVD
Containing access to everything you could ever want to know about CAN with rare insights into the personalities and methodology of the groundbreaking and legendary German band, Mute re-releases the CAN DVD January 24th, 2006 as a double DVD set.

The 2 DVD set contains a CAN documentary, a CAN free concert, CAN notes, CAN solo recordings, as well as new 5.1 surround sound mixes of classic CAN tracks, plus many extra features.

THE REMASTERS
The Grey Area of Mute/Spoon is scheduled to release five more re-mastered CAN titles in March 2006. These include: Delay, Flow Motion, Saw Delight, Can, and Rite Time. These follow the hugely successful release of the re-mastered editions of CAN's Monster Movie, Tago Mago, Ege Bamyasi, and Soundtracks (November 2004), and Future Days, Landed, Soon Over Babaluma, and Unlimited Edition on (June 2005).

IRMIN SCHMIDT VISITS AMERICA
One of the founding members of CAN, is traveling to the United States to give a presentation of his work at the Composers/Performers Forum at the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles (Monday, December 12th, 1:00 – 3:00PM). Journalists are invited to attend this presentation.

Schmidt will be available for in-person and phone interviews in San Francisco December 6th and in Los Angeles December 13th.

Also available for promotional use is a new CAN EPK, available on DVD, this gives new insight into the band, background on the re-mastered releases and details the current solo activities of Irmin Schmidt & Kumo.

The EPK includes a DVD ROM section with discographies, biographies, high-resolution images, further information about the artists and an extended press kit comprising of international reviews and articles in both text and jpeg formats.
